MONITORING AND EVALUATION SERVICES
In an effort to support health-related project efficiency and improve project success rates, AHN offers in-country monitoring and evaluation services for specific projects in collaborations with other health-related non-profits and NGO’s working in Africa. This support includes, but is not limited to, ongoing project reports, follow-up evaluations and training on how to effectively implement monitoring and evaluation programs.

CONSULTATION SERVICES
AHN staff offers consultation services that evaluate in-country programs and projects of existing health-related non-governmental organizations (NGO). AHN facilitates these consultations and uses an approach in which both the identification of problems and generation of solutions originate from staff within the organization, helping to ensure that any resulting initiatives are implemented.

These evaluations and consultations are conducted in conjunction with Graduate programs at universities and colleges throughout the world. The coordination of these activities is performed by in-country employees with further coordination and support from AHN headquarters in San Francisco.
